The villa has three double bedrooms, and the use of its own gymnasium, and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite. One of the bedrooms is accessed from outside the villa. Patio doors that open onto various terraces and Nayas, that overlook the heated pool and garden.

The villa is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold) and the lounge has a wood burning fire. Also the lounge is fully equipped with DVD/CD, T.V. and Video

Outside there is a pool shower, barbecue kitchen area, and a separate shower/changing room with W.C.

Casa Avalon is ideally situated for access to the various sporting facilities that La Sella offers as well as being close to the local Restaurants, Supermarket and Pharmacy.

La Sella is famous for its internationally acclaimed 18 hole, par 72, golf course where you can enjoy the sport in natural and stunning surroundings. Marina Alta Properties can provide a chauffer service to and from the golf course for those players who wish to enjoy a little time at the 19th hole.

In addition La Sella boasts a Tennis Club that provides acclaimed coaching and playing facilities for all ages, together with an Equestrian Centre that offers lessons for beginners or, for the more experienced, the chance to discover the picturesque surrounding countryside on a hack.
