It is ideal for exploring central Italy because its proximity to the main network of rail and motorway intersections (20 minutes drive). We also have wi-fi connection which makes it an ideal peaceful place to have a long sabbatical and still be able to keep in touch with modern life.

The lounge with a stone fireplace opens onto a pretty small balcony (loggia), a larger loggia with panoramic views of the rolling hills and the lake is ideal to comfortably dine “al fresco”. There are also two large comfortable bathrooms at each end of the floor. The apartment is totally private and independent and the guests have full use of the extensive grounds
