It is located in a quiet residential area of Torreblanca, Fuengirola. A 10-15 minute walk down hill will take you to the beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and pharmacy. Fuengirola town centre is a 5 minute taxi drive or a pleasant 20 minute stroll along the continuous promenade. Mijas is 15 mins by car, Marbella is less than 30 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga which is 15 mins by car.

Local amenities: Golf (40 courses on the Costa del Sol, several very near), tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aqua parks (Torremolinos & Mijas Costa), Zoo, amusement park (Tivoli World), Cable Cars.

The holiday towns of the Costas (Malaga, Torremolinos, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena and Fuengirola ) are all within easy reach by car. Trains and buses are an inexpensive way of travelling around. There are miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches along the coast. For cultural visitors, the highlights are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada where there are some of the highest mountains in Europe (including Europe's southernmost skiing resort, Sierra Nevada). Gibraltar is a 1 hour drive or there are regular coach trips for all your Tax Free shopping.

Whether you wish to relax or explore. Villa La Vera is perfectly located. Golfing groups are also very welcome as there are plenty of beautiful golf courses very close by.

A generous electric allowance of 300kw is allocated per week, any excess usage will be charged at 0.15p per Kw.

There is an additional charge for the use of the Sauna. 100€ per week or 150€ for 2 weeks payable locally.

All bed linen is provided and changed weekly. Pool towels, bathroom hand towels and tea towels are provided.
Please note that bath towels are not provided.
