On site there is the Waters Edge Restaurant (Italian)with access onto the patio and decked waterside providing you with comfortable areas to keep an eye on the little ones while they play in the sand while you relax, overlooking the Lake where non motorised activities are allowed.

The lodge is on the doorstep of the Silverdale and Arnside area of outstanding natural beauty which is home to the nationally acclaimed Leighton Moss bird sanctuary. Also providing quick access to Windermere and the Yorkshire Dales which are less than 30 minutes drive away. The opportunities for leisure activities such as Walking, Rambling, Cycling, Sailing, Golf, Fishing, Windsurfing, Climbing, and Bird watching are boundless.

Leighton Hall - On the great hill above the stately home there are panoramic views across the Bay to the Lake District. From here walking along the coast and along quiet lanes and paths through fields and woodlands are all possible.

Fishing is allowed on the site lake and is free, more peaceful areas can be found 400mtrs from the site day tickets are available @ £5.00 - £8.00 per day from the reception area.
