Beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath, apartment for rent. 5kms from La Cala and Fuengirola, close to Mijas Golf Course.

It is on the ground floor so it is suitable for families, couples or golfers. As it is a corner plot the veranda is large. Secure shared garage with remote control is beneath the building.

There are 2 single beds in each bedroom, these can be pushed together if a double is required. There is space at the end of the beds for travel cots. There is also a double bed-settee in the living room

The master bathroom has full bath, bidet, shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom has walk in shower, toilet and sink.

All mod cons. Airconditioning, TV, Dishwasher, Microwave, Full oven, full size fridge with freezer, washer/dryer, DVD player, Hi Fi with CD player, iron & ironing board.Bedding and towels included in the price.

We have a large veranda, with a full size table seating for 6 plus a conservatory style sofa and chairs. There are roller blinds around the veranda to shade you in the sun, or protect from the breeze.

The complex is in beautiful gardens with a small paddling pool and a larger full size swimming pool.

There are 2 English bars, selling food, in the complex area plus a minimarket selling English newspapers, fresh bread etc. plus 3 other mini markets/Spanish restaurant/ hairdressers/laundrette all within walking distance.

The nearest towns are Feungirola and La Cala, they are 5kms away so a car is required.
