This comfortable apartment, sleeps four, has two bedrooms, one double and one twin,one bathroom with bath and separate shower, lounge and kitchen plus a large terrace with BBQ. It is situated on the upper slopes of an attractive Andalucian style village complex - San Juan de Capistrano which nestles serenely above the town of Nerja on the foothills of the Almijara mountains - yet less than a mile away from the town centre and main beaches including the very popular Burriana beach. The south facing terrace gives panoramic views of the town and the mediterranean, whilst the northern side backs straight onto the pine clad Almijara mountains. (National Park)The property is accessed via a number of steps(which are staggered) The 23m2 terrace has two tables with seating for up to seven people and there are also two sun loungers. There are two free standing electric heaters and two electric fans. Iron/ironing board and hair dryer are provided. There is NO SMOKING inside the apartment as we are non-smokers. However, we have no objection if you confine smoking to the terrace only. Beach/Pool towels are not provided.

Access to apartment is after 2pm. Departure must be by 10am. Normally Saturday to Saturday bookings. Whenever possible we will try to be flexible A non -refundable deposit of £100 is required. Balance to be paid six weeks before departure. Key instructions etc will be sent on receipt of final payment.
Prices are for one week and include electricity and a weekly change of bed linen and towels.
