Quietly situated on large private plots on a select development. About forty five minutes drive from the airport at Alicante, a little more from Valencia.

One double bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room. Two twin bedded rooms, one with en-suite shower room. Family bathroom with separate shower.
Separate entrance to fourth bedroom with double bed and en-suite toilet and wash basin (4 bedroom villa only).

Linen included but towels for beach / pool will be required. Weekly linen change.

Light and spacious lounge / dining room with TV & DVD player, stereo / CD. Well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave etc.

Covered and open terrace with patio table and chairs. Large pool terrace with sunbeds. Built-in barbeque.

Welcome pack provided on arrival.

Only 7 to 10 minutes drive from the many beaches and restaurants at Javea and Moraira. Two restaurants / bars within easy walking distance. Others nearby. Close to Javea Golf Club and Benitachell Bowls Club. 30 min. drive to Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura wildlife park, Aqualandia water park and Mundomar (Sea World). Safari Park 20 minutes drive.

3 - 4 minutes drive to decent supermarket in Benitachell.

A car is necessary and ample parking is provided on the shaded driveways.

Changeover day is normally Saturday but it may be possible to arrange another out of peak season - phone owners to discuss on 01730 260990.
