Villas completed in 2004, set on the first Golf Resort of Polaris World on Costa Calida. 2,3 and 4 bed properties can be rented from the owners in Villa, Townhouse and Bungalow styles. Properties with and without pools can be provided.
They are all fully equipped for a holiday let or a longer stay, with quality new furnishings. All of the owners have set them up as holiday homes for themselves as well as holiday guests. Some of the Villas are close to each other in proximity and can be booked together for larger groups.

5 klm's from a nearby beach town of Los Alcazares, the Mar Menor (small sea) provides a safe and beautiful beach for all the family. It is rich with minerals and is well known for helping skin and health concerns. This town has many restaurants and bars as well as banks, supermarkets etc

The resort itself has a 9 Championship course. There is also a range and putting green open with a spikes bar for drinks and snacks in the day as well as a snack bar next to the pool open 10-7pm. A larger formal restaurant and bar and hairdresser alongside a gym are also open.

The golf course was designed by Dave Thomas, to a championship standard and is for renters and owners only. Nearby public courses are readily available at La Manga club, Mosa Trajectum, Alto Real and Hacienda Del Alamo.
