This front line golf holiday villa is one of only twelve front line villas set in the urbanisation of La Sella which is considered as one of the best golf courses in the Costa Blanca. La Sella (pronounced La Saya) is a well established quiet residential area near to Denia and 5 minutes from the beach and the town. There are many other very nice resorts close by, Javea 10 minutes, Moraira 20 minutes and several others all with blue flag status beaches. All the resorts near the villa have an abundance of good restaurants and bars. Having said that, having a BBQ on the terrace by the private pool with views of the Montgo mountain is great!!

This 3 bedroom (2 twin, 1 double) detached holiday villa is built on 2 floors and has a total internal surface area of 120 m2. The property was built in 1998 and so the surroundings and grounds are well developed. The views towards the Montgó mountains from the villas private pool are truly spectacular. The house is complete with 2 bathrooms, living-room and dining-room and kitchen. There is also a sofa bed if required.

La Sella is a great golf course and can be reached on foot yards from the villa. There is also a 5 Star Marriott Hotel and Spa on site providing a whole range of sporting activities and a health club. Tennis and horse riding are also on site together with restaurants and a supermarket.

For those wishing to take advantage of the low cost airlines both Ryanair and Easyjet now fly to Valencia as well as Alicante. Both Alicante and Valencia airports are just under an hours drive from the villa.
